Toni Miano is the Founder and Managing Director of Next Level Performance Center, bringing years of experience in hockey program development, athlete management, event operations, and organizational leadership.
An established leader in the girls hockey community, Toni has built and operated programs serving athletes from the youth level through elite development and college placement. Her experience includes leading the North American Hockey Academy (NAHA), NA Junior Hawks, Eagles Elite, and numerous hockey training, tournament, and development initiatives.
Toni's vision for Next Level is to build a premier hockey and athletic training center that brings together high-quality coaching, player development, and a strong sense of community. She believes the best training environments should challenge athletes while still being positive, energetic, and fun.
Next Level was created to be a place for all athletes, from young players just beginning their development to high-level athletes working toward the next stage of their careers. Toni's focus is on continuing to grow the hockey community, create new opportunities for athletes, and build an environment where players and families feel connected, supported, and excited to walk through the doors.
At Next Level Performance Center, Christian leads hockey development through private lessons, small-group training, elite clinics, and year-round player development programs. His training focuses on skating mechanics, edge work, puck skills, shooting, hockey IQ, and the game habits that separate good players from elite competitors.
Christian believes every athlete deserves individualized coaching that builds confidence while challenging them to continually improve. His high-energy coaching style, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players create an environment where athletes are pushed to reach their full potential—whether they are just beginning their hockey journey or preparing for junior, collegiate, or professional opportunities.
In addition to leading Next Level's hockey development programming, Christian plays an important role in ensuring athletes have access to a first-class training environment and professional experience every time they step on the ice.
